Congressional Research Service

For your benefit, we have included links to Congressional Research Service reports that are available on various internet sites. The Congressional Research Service is the professional research arm of the Library of Congress. It exists to provide Congress with expert information on the host of issues being considered. Though the CRS database is not available to the public, some outside internet sites have collected reports and made them accessible. Please note that some of these reports may not be fully up-to-date. Nonetheless, they may help to answer your questions on various legislative issues.
