Flag Requests

Flags that have been flown over the United States Capitol can be purchased through my Congressional office. To order a personalized flag, please complete and follow the directions on the flag request form.

Due to high volume at the House Flag Office, personalized flag requests will take 8 weeks to process, once an order is received in my Washington office.

To personalize the order, please include the full name of the person for whom the flag is to be flown. If the flag is for a birthday or anniversary, please include the date and the age/anniversary. If the flag is for a military member, please include rank, branch of service, and number of years served.
