Flag Requests

I am glad to provide you with a flag flown over the U.S. Capitol.

Due to the numerous requests received, my office is unable to provide these flags free of charge. We ask you that you mail in a check for the flags along with the flag request form.

Please complete the Flag Request Form and mail it with payment to my office:

Important: Please mail the completed form along with a check made out to "Mike Honda's Office Supply Account." Normal processing time for flags flown over the Capitol is approximately eight weeks. If you are simply ordering a flag without having it flown, requests can be expedited.

If a rush order is needed, please indicate the date the flag is needed by, and we will try to accommodate your request. All items are at cost; no profit is incurred.
