Senator Lautenberg thanked handlers of rescue dogs in Liberty State Park on the tenth anniversary of September 11th. These handlers and their dogs respond to emergency search and rescue operations like the ones that took place after the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center. (September112, 2011)
