Senator Lautenberg visits the former Northern New Jersey Oil site on McCarter Highway in Newark, where clean-up will begin with the help of a new federal grant awarded to Newark. Lautenberg is joined by Judith Enck and Mathy Stanislaus, both of the Environmental Protection Agency, to announce that six communities across New Jersey have been awarded $3.4 million in federal grants to clean up and redevelop Brownfields sites.
