The REGS Agenda is Rick Berg's efforts to rein in the overbearing regulations that burden America's small businesses, farms and ranches, and job creators with added costs, red tape and uncertainty.

This agenda is the result of Rick talking with North Dakotans this past year and learning about the impact that senseless regulations have on North Dakota farmers, ranchers and small businesses. It’s also a path moving forward to rein in the overreaching, out-of-touch regulations that burden North Dakota’s small businesses, farms and ranches each and every day.
