The 2013 Presidential Inauguration will take place on the National Mall in Washington, DC, on January 21, 2013. At this time, we do not know how many tickets we will have available for the swearing-in ceremony for distribution to Alaskans*.

* The submission period for the inaugural ticket lottery is now over.  You can still submit your information via the form below to be placed on a waiting list but please be advised that list is very long.

Senator Murkowski is accepting applications until 12/6 at www.murkowski.senate.gov and Congressman Young is also accepting applications at http://donyoung.house.gov/.

Once we know how many tickets Senator Begich gets, the tickets will be distributed by the method we used in 2008 to accommodate the large numbers of Alaskans* who want to be a part of this historic event - a lottery. If we don’t have your full information filled out on the form below, you’ll be ineligible for the lottery.

We will not do the lottery until after the 2012 election. We will post updates to this page when we get more information.

If you have any questions, please email inauguration2013@begich.senate.gov. Thank you.

* If you reside in another state, please see your home-state senators and representatives.
