My offices throughout Alaska are meant to provide help to Alaskans who are experiencing difficulties with federal agencies or who have questions about the way their federal government works.

Any Alaskan resident can call, write, or email me about a problem with a federal agency. The problems addressed by my staff range from routine to complex. We can resolve communication problems and paperwork glitches, or we can bring a problem to the attention of the appropriate agency.

To get 'Help With A Federal Agency' notify us of the problems you are trying to resolve by using this link. In order to help Alaskans, my office requires that you fill out a Casework Privacy Form which authorizes my staff to advocate on your behalf. Please be as thorough as possible when filling out this information and mail it to one of my offices as specified on the form (either Anchorage or Washington D.C.).

If you need assistance in an area that is not listed then contact my office by clicking here. Please outline the help that you need and my offices will obtain the information requested or refer you to the appropriate web site where you can view or download information.

If you need assistance with a federal matter that is not handled by my Senate office, or need more information on the Federal Government, please visit the U.S. Government's Official Web Portal at www.USA.gov.
