THEN ATTENDING OPENING OF THE CAL RIPKEN WORLD SERIES AT THE ROTARY SPORTSPLEX

As part of his continuing Health Care Listening Tour, Rep. Cliff Stearns (R-Sixth) will tour the Heart of Florida Health Center in Ocala at 9:30 AM on Friday, August 13^th.  The Heart of Florida Health Center, formerly known as Community Health Services, became a Federally Qualified Health Center last year with the addition of dental and behavioral services.  Stearns will talk with patients, health care professionals, and administrators.  “I look forward to hearing about health care issues from those on the front lines and I hope they will share their thoughts with me on the new health care law as well,” said Stearns.   The facility is located at 1025 S.W. 1^st Avenue in Ocala.

Stearns then will attend the Marion County’s Legislative Delegation event held in conjunction with the opening day of the 10-Year Old Cal Ripken World Series from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Rotary Sportsplex, 5220 S.E. Maricamp Road in Ocala.
