STEARNS TOURING SOLAR TREK IN OCALA TO HIGHLIGHT LOCAL INNOVATIVE BUSINESS

SUCCESSFUL PRIVATE FIRM ADVANCING ALTERNATIVE ENERGY

 

WASHINGTON, NOV. 7, 2011 – “I look forward to visiting SOLAR TREK and learning more about alternative energy, especially solar thermal technology, from this leader in the field of solar energy,” said Rep. Cliff Stearns (R-Sixth).  “Being competitive in the global market in alternative energy depends on businesses such as SOLAR TREK that are innovating and deploying ‘smart’ solar.”  Stearns is a strong advocate of utilizing the nation’s competitive advantage in technologies to succeed in the world market.

Stearns will be joined by Bill Gallagher, President of the Florida Solar Energy Industries Association, and Karen Allian of Alternate Energy Technologies of Green Cove Springs, FL.
