We can assist you by identifying sources of federal grant funding, providing information about particular federal programs, assisting with proposals development, writing letters of support, and acting as your advocate for federal agencies.

Privacy Release Form
The Privacy Act of 1974 prohibits federal agencies from releasing personal information about an individual without that individual's expressed written consent.  In order for Rep. Slaughter to be of assistance to you, please complete the Privacy Release Form and return it to the Rochester District Office as soon as possible.
