      Dear Congressman Clarke, I just read an article where you and Congressman Conyers, Jr. were involved with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I would like to thank you! Also, I just started a Facebook page called: NO! to Credit Ratings for Auto Insurance A bit of my background; I am a 55year old single female. I have been disabled for 19years with a Traumatic Brain Injury leaving me with an income of Social Security. Because of that accident, I was unable to work for over a year and lost seven jobs in five years because of my memory loss. I just got my auto insurance renewed and it is costing me $178 a month for PL&PD. This is because of my credit rating. I drive approximately 25miles a month. I don't think this is fair. I now have to forego my meds and most food because I need my automobile. I have a hard time walking due to a knee injury. If you have time, would you please take a minute to see my Facebook page? I have people from all over the United States that are having similar issues and this page has only been up for about two hours! We would certainly appreciate any guidance you could give us. I know you are very busy but you have always been there for the people.

    I'm flying to DC today with President Obama aboard Air Force One. I'm going to use this opportunity to ask him for help in solving Detroit's financial crisis. I will never give up on Detroit or lose hope-- I will always fight for the people of this great city.
