Curson Hosts District Office Open House in Livonia

Livonia, MI – Last night, Congressman David Curson hosted a district office open house in Livonia. The event was an opportunity for Congressman Curson and his staff to meet the constituents of Michigan’s 11th Congressional District. Community leaders, elected officials, activists and citizens joined Congressman Curson as he kicked off his seven week stint in Congress.

 

Congressman Curson spoke to the enthusiastic crowd and promised to fight for their interests as he casts crucial votes in the upcoming legislative session. He addressed the gridlock in Washington and vowed to do his part to cross the aisle and work hard for the best interests of his constituents.

 

“I am honored to be a voice for the residents of the 11th District in Washington. We are working hard to find sound legislation that provides some benefit to all Americans. I am especially proud to have this fine staff ready to service the district’s important constituent issues such as social security problems, veterans’ benefits and immigration.”

 

Congressman Curson assured his constituents that delivering high quality constituent services is a top priority during his term. Residents of the 11th District will receive assistance from a dedicated district staff at the Livonia, Michigan office and will see a committed effort to quickly provide the services available.
