Flag Request
Member of Congress can arrange for United States flags to be flown over the U.S. Capitol for their constituents. Each flag comes with a certificate specifying the date on which the flag was flown. These certificates can be personalized for special occasions and for specific individuals. The price covers the cost of the flag, shipping and handling charges, and the architect's fee for flying the flag over the Capitol. The cost for flags by type and size is as follows:

If you would like to purchase a flag that has not flown over the Capitol, subtract $4.05 from the quoted price and make a notation in your order.

Your check or money order covering the cost of the flag should be made out to "Office Supply Account/Clyburn SC0630."
Specify the type and size of the flag you want and provide any additional information to personalize the flag certificate. Please include the name of the recipient (person, group, or institution) for whom the flag is being flown. You may also include a brief message (Happy 12th Birthday, Congratulations on your 10th Anniversary, Congratulations on your High School Graduation, Congratulations on becoming and American Citizen, etc.) to accompany the flag. Please allow six to eight weeks for delivery.
