Congresswoman Susan Davis Statement for Veterans Day
SAN DIEGO – Congresswoman Susan Davis released the following statement in recognition of Veterans Day.
“Today, I am proud to recognize and honor the men and women of our Armed Forces, both current and past, across the nation. I will continue with my work in Congress to ensure veterans have access to the care and benefits they earned and deserve.
“As we reflect on this Veterans Day, let us remember our wounded and disabled veterans whose lives have been dramatically changed by their military careers, and let us continue to support those who face challenges back at home.
“On behalf of the people of California’s 53rd District, our heartfelt thanks and appreciation goes out to each and every veteran. Thank you for your service and sacrifice.”
