The Congresswoman issued the following statement in response to the Obama Administration’s Statement of Administration Policy on the Senate version of the FY13 NDAA.
The Congresswoman recently returned to Washington D.C. following a five-day Congressional Delegation (CODEL) to Japan and Taiwan. The delegation, led by Congressman Rob Wittman of Virginia, also included Congressman Bill Flores of Texas and Congressman David Cicilline of Rhode Island.
The Congresswoman joined her colleagues and congressional staff in participating in the annual Red Cross Holiday Mail for Heroes program. The event, now in its sixth year, is an opportunity to sign holiday cards for servicemembers, veterans and their families.
