Robert manages Congressman Capuano's Washington staff and also handles legislative issues relating to the military, health care, and biotechnology.

Noelle Melton
Senior Policy Advisor
Noelle handles issues relating to Congressman Capuano's work on the Financial Services Committee. She also handles legislative issues relating to the budget, taxes, telecommunications, small business, and housing.

Steve Carlson
Legislative Director
Steve handles issues relating to Congressman Capuano's work on the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure. He also handles issues relating to energy, the environment, the judiciary, and labor.

Christina Tsafoulias
Senior Legislative Assistant
Christina handles issues related to foreign affairs, human rights, education, immigration, and science and technology.

Ray Bennett
Staff Assistant
Ray provides support for the Congressman's Washington office staff, and acts as a liaison to constituents visiting our nation's Capitol, providing tourist information and conducting capitol tours. He also handes legislative issues relating to the arts and veterans.

Andrew Eaton
Legislative Correspondent
Andrew manages the office’s electronic correspondence and other mail, ensuring that constituent inquiries are handled in a timely fashion.
