Senator Johnny Isakson and his wife Dianne tour Disko Bay by boat during a trip to Greenland to view the effects of climate change and to learn more about its impacts on the ice and glaciers of the world’s largest island.

Johnny met with senior leadership of Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Md., to receive an update on the historic merger of the National Naval Medical Center and Walter Reed Army Medical Center to form the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, the nation’s largest military hospital.

On December 12, 2011, Johnny spoke to members of Georgia’s consular corps at the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations.
