Internships (application)

Johnny tries to provide an educational opportunity, in either his State (located in Atlanta) or Washington D.C. office, for many Georgia students. The number of interns serving at any one time is governed by space and financial limitations, as well as office needs. Johnny encourages you to submit your application as soon as possible.

Internships are competitive and preference is given to Georgia residents and upper-level college students.

Intern Program Application Procedure

To be considered for the internship program in the State or Washington office, all interested persons should send a current resume and completed intern application addressed to the Intern Coordinator, Maureen Rhodes. The resume should be emailed, faxed or mailed to our State office at:

The following are the deadline and start dates for internship applicants:

Winter/Spring 2013 Internships
Deadline Date: October 26, 2012
Session Dates: January 7 - May 3, 2013

Summer 2013 Internships
Deadline Date: February 22, 2013
Session I Dates: May 13 - June 21, 2013
Session II Dates: June 24 - August 9, 2013

Fall 2013 Internships
Deadline Date: June 14, 2012
Session Dates Washington: August 26 - December 13, 2013
Session Dates Atlanta: August 12 - December 13, 2013

*Please note whether you would like to be considered for a State or Washington, DC internship.
*We request that you be at least 21 years of age to apply for the Washingon, DC internship program and 18 years of age to apply for the Atlanta internship program.
