2013 Presidential Inauguration Tickets

Thank you for your interest in tickets to the 57th Presidential Inauguration. The Presidential Inaugural Committee has just informed us that we will be receiving 393 tickets to distribute throughout the state. At this time we already have over 10,000 requests, therefore we will be unable accommodate further requests. We will be in touch with you by email as soon as we have further information. Tickets will be distributed in January, 2013.

We are aware that many folks are planning to come to Washington that day even if they do not have a ticket. If you are planning to come, we wanted to let you know of a few opportunities.

While the areas of the National Mall closest to the U.S. Capitol will require a ticket, the rest of the National Mall will be open to the public. Also, you do not need a ticket to stand along the inaugural parade route. Please click here for a map of the inaugural parade route. Be aware that it will be cold in Washington in January and that you could be standing outside for several hours and chairs or stools are prohibited.

The Georgia State Society Inauguration Gala will be Sunday, January 20, from 7 p.m. to midnight at the National Museum of Women in the Arts. Tickets are $150 per member and $200 per non-members. The link to purchase tickets can be found on this website:
