- Sen. Lamar Alexander (R-Tenn.) today released the following statement on the Supreme Court's decision on the health-care law, saying: '"The Supreme Court may have failed to declare the entire health-care law unconstitutional, but it is still an historic mistake that expanded a health-care system we already knew we couldn't afford. Congress should repeal the law and then proceed step by step to reduce the cost of health care so more Americans can afford to buy insurance."
