 If you wish to send in your flag request by mail, simply fill out the Flag Request PDF  and mail in with your check payment. Checks need to be made out to The Keeper of the Stationery. Address and more information can be found on the Flag Request Form. Notice: Due to increased security procedures for mail entering the Washington, D.C. office, make sure requests for flags to be flown over the U.S. Capitol are mailed six weeks prior to its flying date if one is specified.
