Committee on Foreign Affairs

Rep. Jean Schmidt and other members of the House Committee on Foreign Affairs held a press conference with other members of Congress who were co-sponsors to discuss H.R. 2829, the United Nations Transparency, Accountability, and Reform Act, which places conditions on U.S. funding to the United Nations. This bill seeks to give the U.S. a say over what we pay for at the UN, and how much we pay.
