U.S. Flags may be purchased through my office and flown over the Capitol building. If you would like to order a flag, please fill out an order form and mail it to the address below or fax it to (937)225-2752.

Please make your check or money order payable to the Congressman Michael Turner Office Supply Account. If paying by cash when picking up the flag, please have exact change.
If the flag is for a friend or local club, please make sure to include that information on the order form* so the flag certificate will be filled out appropriately. With advance notice, it is possible to have your flag flown over the Capitol on a specific date. Be sure to indicate the desired flying date on the order form.
If you are requesting a flag be flown on a specific date, please allow at least 4-6 weeks for delivery. Otherwise your flag should be ready to pick up in two business days. Please note that my office cannot guarantee the delivery of flags by specific dates, ceremonies, or occasions.
*Partisan or political statements will not be submitted to the Architect of the Capitol. Our office reserves the right not to submit to the Architect of the Capitol inappropriate statements on flag certificates.
