I know you don't like what is going on but you can help bring or keep Tax relief for the middle class and poor. Congress is controlled by just a few and the rest act like mine controlled zombies. It time to earn your keep.

If you guys break for the holidays without a solution you are fired. At least as far as my vote goes. Do the job you were hired to do. Yes hired, you work for me and your constituents. Congress as a whole should start behaving like the employees they are rather than privileged welfare recipients living on the public dole, not having to conduct themselves by the same standards as the rest of us.

I would like to encourage you to join with Rep. Cole to support the petition that would allow for a vote on the tax bill which would keep taxes from going up on income less than $250k; As a successful small business owner in your district, the change in the law will not affect my husband and I very much. We will probably have to pay more taxes anyway, something we are glad to do. We are grateful to have success to pay taxes on. However, the tax increase the country is facing will seriously affect our adult children who are facing the costs of raising children or have just purchased a modest new home and now have extra expenses.
Please consider how the country will be harmed if the tax cuts for regular Americans are allowed to lapse. I know you will not remember us, but we are the Social Security attorneys who were able to meet and visit with you on two occasions when you visited the Sertoma Club in Tulsa. Thank you for your years of service. Please consider this request favorably.
