House Budget Committee

I also am also in my fourth term serving as the Appropriations Committee designee to the House Budget Committee.  Like most Idahoans, I believe that the growing federal deficit and the impact it has on our nation’s economy and taxpayers, as well as on future generations of Americans who will be expected to pay down this debt, is the biggest challenge facing our nation.  Ensuring the long-term economic health of our country is my top priority.

As a member of the House Budget Committee, I have supported important efforts to rein in spending and get our economic house in order.  To learn more about the House Budget Committee, click here or visit my budget page to learn more about what I am doing to get our nation back on a sustainable financial path.
