Same with the 46% of US citizens who do not pay any income taxes. Why are 54% supporting the 46%?

How about a flat tax with no deductions? Low income can file for reimbursement.

When it comes to taxes, is there really any question that if corporations paid their fair share, and treated employment as a patriotic act, we wouldn't even be in debt. Taking Caterpillar for example, since I have lived my life in Peoria IL, Cat's world headquarters, I have seen record profits from $180+ million in the mid 80's to 2.9 billion in 2011. 160,000+ workers in IL alone drop to 23,000. Starting Union wage drop from $25/hr to $12.50. Is there any ? as to why we are broke.

Maybe if Obama staff and other US Govt workers paid their back taxes we would have more revenue.

ABC report Jan 2012 -- " The IRS has released its Federal Employee and Retiree Delinquency Inventory, and it shows that 36 of Obama’s aides owe a total of $833,970 in back taxes.

Other government employees owe a lot, too. At the Environmental Protection Agency, 413 people owe more than $19 million;...."Federal Deposit Insurance Corp., 185 employees owe more than $3 million"

    Obama is incompetent.

Good idea to keep quiet on Romney's loss. Hopefully now that there's a supposed mandate to "work together" you're more likely to actually do something that can get passed.

ideological headlines and absolutely no details as to wether what they want to accomplish ideologically can be done. Nobody looks into the details.
