  3. I'm very pleased to see the streetcar project moving forward and was happy to help secure the first federal funding for the effort to restore the streetcar to the streets of Downtown LA. The voters have given their stamp of approval, and I will continue to support this important transportation project.

Yesterday, Democrats took action filing a discharge petition which would automatically bring to the House floor the Senate-passed middle class tax cuts, which President Obama has said he will sign immediately. As Congress continues to negotiate, I'd like to hear what you think is the best path forward. Do you support extending the tax cuts on income up to $250,000?
