Help with Federal Agencies

Serving you is my top priority which I do with great honor.  My staff and I are always pleased to assist you with questions or problems that you might have with federal agencies such as the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, U.S. Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Social Security Administration, or the Internal Revenue Service.  My constituent caseworkers are available to help with a wide-range of federal matters, including problems with Social Security and Medicare benefits, immigration visas and veterans’ benefits.  Although we cannot order a federal agency to decide a matter in your favor, we can help you get a prompt response.

To learn more, please click here to read my constituent services guide in English; click here to read the guide’s Spanish translation; click here to read the guide’s Japanese translation; click here to read the guide’s Chinese translation; and click here to read the guide’s Korean translation.  Please note: the Constituent Service Hours in these guides are out-of-date.  Please see below or click here for updated days and times in English and here for updated days and times in Spanish.
