General Information: 

This event is scheduled for Saturday, November 19, 2011 from 9:00am-1:00pm. This workshop will be held at Central High School, located at 14075 Ken Austin Parkway in Brooksville, FL 34613.

The purpose of this workshop is to provide you with an opportunity to learn the steps to take to avoid foreclosure and mortgage scams. It's also an opportunity to learn about programs available to homeowners that are in default or foreclosure. You will also be able to take part in panel discussions regarding the loan modification and foreclosure process with home counselors, state agencies, and federal agencies. By attending this workshop you will receive help with the loan modification process and have the opportunity to speak directly with your financial institution.

From Citrus County—

Take US Highway 19 South to State Road 50 (Cortez Blvd) and make a left. Take SR 50 to Sunshine Grove Road and make a left. Turn right onto Ken Austin Parkway. You will arrive at Central High School, 14075 Ken Austin Parkway on your left hand side.

Take US 98 to the Suncoast Parkway (FL-589) and take the Suncoast Parkway South to the Brooksville/Cortez Blvd/SR 50 Exit. Take exit then turn right onto SR 50 (Cortez Blvd). Turn right onto Sunshine Grove Road. Turn right onto Ken Austin Parkway. You will arrive at Central High School, 14075 Ken Austin Parkway on your left hand side.

From Hernando County—

Take State Road 50 to Sunshine Grove Road. Turn North onto Sunshine Grove Road. Turn Right onto Ken Austin Parkway. You will arrive at Central High School, 14075 Ken Austin Parkway on your left hand side.

From Lake County—

Take State Road 50 West. Follow signs to Brooksville while staying on State Road 50 West (Cortez Blvd). Turn Right onto Sunshine Grove Road. Turn Right onto Ken Austin Parkway. You will arrive at Central High School, 14075 Ken Austin Parkway on your left hand side.

From Levy County—

Take US Highway 19 South to State Road 50 (Cortez Blvd) and make a left. Take SR 50 to Sunshine Grove Road and make a left. Turn right onto Ken Austin Parkway. You will arrive at Central High School, 14075 Ken Austin Parkway on your left hand side.

Take US 19 South to US 98. Turn left onto US 98 and enter the Suncoast Parkway (FL-589) on your right. Take the Suncoast Parkway South to the Brooksville/Cortez Blvd/SR 50 Exit. From Pasco County—

Take US 19 North to State Road 50 (Cortez Blvd). Turn right onto SR 50. Take SR 50 to Sunshine Grove Road and turn left onto Sunshine Grove Road. Turn Right onto Ken Austin Parkway. You will arrive at Central High School, 14075 Ken Austin Parkway on your left hand side.

From Polk County—

Take Interstate 4 West to I-75. Take I-75 North to Exit 301 Brooksville. Turn left onto State Road 50. Take State Road 50 West.
