Foreign Policy and National Security
I am committed to protecting our nation at home and our interests abroad with a strong, principled, and rational foreign policy. I favor diplomacy and working in concert with other nations to help spread the cause of democracy, freedom, human rights, and the rule of law. In the increasingly interconnected and globalized society of the early 21st century, I recognize the critical importance of working with our allies in pursuit of international security.
