U.S. Congressman Kenny Marchant

Proudly Serving the 24th District of Texas
Veteran Resources

In partnership with the Library of Congress, the Veterans History Project preserves and makes accessible stories of veterans and civilians who contributed to U.S. war efforts. My office works with veterans in the 24th District to record their testimonies for permanent access through the Library so that future generations may better understand the realities of preserving freedom.

When many veterans leave the service for civilian life, they are unaware they are due military medals. I believe all veterans deserve recognition no matter the length of time that has passed since service. If you are a veteran or a family member of a veteran in the 24th Congressional District who has earned awards for military service but have not yet received recognition, please contact my office (972) 556-0162.
