Military Academy Nominations

Instructions:

Thank you for your interest in the U.S. Service Academies. As your 1st District Representative in the U.S. House of Representatives, each year I have the privilege of nominating a limited number of people to four of the five service academies. The honor of attending a service academy comes with an obligation and commitment to serve in the military for a minimum of five years upon graduation. The following is a list of the materials needed to complete an application for one of my nominations.

• Current photo
• High school and/or college transcripts (After final grades posted for junior year)

• SAT/ACT scores
• Application
• Resume of extracurricular activities
• Questionnaire
• Autobiography – two typewritten pages
• Three letters of recommendation

Your completed application must be received in my Manchester office no later than October 19, 2012.
