Rep. Tom Graves (GA-9) spoke with Gerri Willis on Fox Business' Willis Report about Obama Administration's decision to gut the work requirements in the 1996 welfare reform law. Rep. Graves wrote a letter to HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, asking what legal authority the Obama Administration has identified to allow it to arbitrarily ignore this section of the law. "It was designed in a way to help those in need transition back into the workforce and help them transition along with their communities, their churches, their families, but it was never meant to supplement for work or for paycheck."
