Navigating federal agencies and their regulations can be very difficult. Bill’s most important job as a Member of Congress is to help you with that process and advocate with federal agencies on your behalf.
Since Bill is a federal elected official, all casework undertaken by him or his staff must relate to a federal issue, for example, helping a constituent to obtain Social Security or Veterans benefits.
Members of Congress and their staff cannot order a federal agency to expedite your case or decide a matter in your favor. We may be able to help you get a prompt response and resolution, however.
Our staff in the Quincy and Hyannis district offices is always available to answer any casework questions you may have. Below is also a list of certain questions to consider when seeking casework assistance.
