Randy Forbes (VA-04) will speak on a panel, “Preparing for the Fiscal Cliff: How does this affect the Military?” at the U.S. Naval Institute (USNI) 2012 Defense Forum Washington on Wednesday, December 5^th at 11:00am. The forum is entitled “The Fiscal Cliff: What Does This Mean For Defense and National Security?”
