Help with a Federal Agency (Casework)
I am committed to maintaining the highest level of constituent service. My staff is available to provide help to resolve problems with the federal government (casework), assist with various district projects, and help organizations and communities in their efforts to work through the maze of federal grant programs.

If you are having a problem with a federal government agency, and are unable to resolve it through normal channels, please contact my nearest district office for assistance. In order to assist you, my staff will need your written permission. The best way to accomplish this is for you to complete, sign and return to me a privacy release form

Members of my staff regularly travel around the district and are available to answer questions about federal matters. To find out when they will be in your area please call my Midland District Office at (800) 342-2455.

I have listed below links to a number of Web sites, which may be useful in resolving your problem directly with a federal agency. I hope you find this information helpful.
