Schedule a Meeting
It is important to me to meet with South Dakotans who come to visit my Washington, DC office, whether it be for business or vacation. However, if you do schedule an appointment, please keep in mind that the appointment you schedule may be affected by my committee schedule, as well as the activity on the Senate floor.
If you would like to schedule a meeting with me in the Washington, DC office, please send an email or fax to Stacy Austad's attention at: Stacy_Austad@johnson.senate.gov or (202) 228-5765 (fax) with as much of the following information as is possible. My staff will be as accommodating as possible for all parties involved.
- Your name and the name of the organization (if any) you are representing
- Your hometown and telephone number in South Dakota
- The dates you will be in Washington, DC
- A list of other meeting attendees and their hometowns in South Dakota
- A list of issues you would like to discuss with the Senator

If you would like to invite me to an event in South Dakota, please send an email or fax to Stacy Austad's attention at Stacy_Austad@johnson.senate.gov or fax (202) 228-5765 with any of the following information that is known. Please do not send letters through the mail due to the delay of 4-6 weeks.
- The title, date and location of the event
- A contact name, address and phone number
- The names of the organizations sponsoring the event
