Food

While lobsters, blueberry pies and original whoopie pies are some of the more well-known foods from Maine, the state has thousands of chefs decorated with accolades ready to serve you in places like Portland, which The Food Network recently called a “Most Delicious Destination”.  And considering our port city has more restaurants per capita than any other place in the nation (yes, we beat San Francisco!), you’re guaranteed to find a dish that satisfies your palate!
