Need Assistance?

Casework

It is one of my highest priorities to provide assistance to South Carolina residents who have questions or concerns involving agencies within the federal government.  Each of my state offices has staff members available specifically for this purpose. Common casework topics are listed on the right-hand column of this page, and each topic page includes a Frequently Asked Questions section. If you are unsure whether your concern is federal in nature, please visit  www.usa.gov for a list of federal agencies.

Once you have determined that your questions or concerns are with the federal government, please feel free to contact one of my local offices. It is important to know that you will be required to sign a privacy release waiver and provide any relevant information for my office to assist you. Once my office receives all necessary documents, I can submit a congressional inquiry to the appropriate federal agency. However, I must respect and obey the laws and regulations for each agency, and I am unable to make requests that would violate these rules.
