The Inaugural Ceremonies are an exciting and important piece of our political tradition. The 2013 Presidential Inauguration will be held on Monday, January 21 at the U.S. Capitol. The Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies is in charge of the Swearing-In ceremony. Each Congressional office will be allotted a small number of tickets to view the ceremony up-close. If you are interested in requesting tickets, please fill out the following form on Senator McCaskill's website.

2013 PRESIDENTIAL INAUGURATION TICKET REQUEST FORM

Please keep in mind that requesting tickets does not guarantee you will receive them. Unfortunately, demand for tickets will far exceed supply due to the high volume of interest and limited number of tickets available. Ticket distribution will be determined by random selection. Regardless of the quantity requested, each person will only be given 2 tickets. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause your group and truly wish we could accommodate every request. All requests must be received by December 14 and we will notify you by December 17 if you have been selected.

If you are not selected for tickets, you can still view the Inauguration from the National Mall. The U.S. National Park Service will set up public stands on the National Mall, which do not require tickets, from 4th Street NW to the Lincoln Memorial. From there, the Swearing-In ceremony will be available for viewing on large projection TVs.
