On October 21, 2011 Rep. Jeff Denham (R-CA) and Rep. Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-DC), Chairman and Ranking Member of the Subcommittee on Economic Development, Public Buildings, and Emergency Management, sent a letter to GSA Administrator Martha Johnson regarding the construction of a new courthouse in Los Angeles, California.
