Military families may be eligible to receive aid from Fannie Mae. To determine eligibility, contact the mortgage company via a special military phone number: 1-877-MIL-4566.

In addition to these resources, the Alabama State Bar Association and Legal Services Alabama are working together to offer free legal advice to homeowners who are facing foreclosure.  You can contact them through their toll-free number at 1-877-393-2333.  The association also has information available on its website for homeowners facing foreclosure.
