Support Colorado Wind Energy Jobs!

Colorado is a wind energy leader and home to several major wind energy developers and wind turbine manufacturing facilities. These private sector companies employ upwards of 6,000 workers in our state.

Congress should encourage more growth in innovative sectors like this, not less. Additionally, wind energy diversifies our energy mix and cuts down on harmful pollution.

Failure to extend the Wind Energy Production Tax Credit would lead to job-losses, missed investments in our communities, and would represent a major step backward in our efforts to build a clean energy economy.

I, the undersigned, support Senator Bennet’s bipartisan amendment to IMMEDIATELY extend the Wind Energy Production Tax Credit.
