WASHINGTON – Congressman Charles F. Bass (NH-02) issued the following statement today on the 10th anniversary of the September 11th attacks.

Bass said:

"Ten years ago, our nation was changed in just a few moments. We will always remember where we were that fateful day when our nation was put to the ultimate test.

"Today, 10 years later, we remember and honor the memory of those who lost their lives, those who survived, and those who stepped up to serve in the minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, and years following the attacks. We pray that their families can continue to find peace, and we pray for those who protect our nation, at home and abroad.

"This day will always be a day of unity and resolve in America, and a reminder that no terrorist or enemy of the United States will ever break our spirit or upset the foundations that make our nation free, strong, and secure."
