SALEM, NH – Congressman Charles F. Bass (NH-02) announced today that he will be holding a town hall meeting in Salem on Saturday, February 26, 2011. Bass will give an update about his activities in Washington and New Hampshire and take questions from constituents about pressing national and state issues such as reducing spending and reforming health care, among others.

The town hall meeting will be held from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the Knightly Meeting Room at the Salem Town Hall, located at 33 Geremonty Drive. Constituents with questions, comments, or those in need of assistance with a federal agency are welcome to attend.

Bass said:

"I'm very pleased to announce the first of many town hall meetings I plan to conduct throughout New Hampshire's Second Congressional District this year. The Salem meeting will give constituents in Salem, Windham, Pelham and Atkinson a chance to ask me questions and learn more about my activities in Washington and the Granite State. I encourage constituents to make some time next Saturday morning to come to the Salem Town Hall and share their thoughts with me."
