Airport and Airway Extension Act--Agreement: A unanimous-consent-time agreement was reached providing that at approximately 8:15 a.m., on Saturday, December 4, 2010, Senate resume consideration of the amendment of the House of Representatives to the amendment of the Senate to H.R. 4853, with the time from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., equally divided and controlled between the two Leaders, or their designees, with the time under Democratic control be equally divided and controlled between Senators Schumer and Baucus, or their designees; provided that at 10:30 a.m., Senate vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Reid motion to concur in the amendment of the House to the amendment of the Senate to H.R. 4853, with Reid Amendment No. 4727.
