Rep. Welch joins small business owners to call for swipe fee reform

Rep. Peter Welch (D-Vt.) joined a group of small business owners outside the Capitol to call for swipe fee reform.

Welch has led a bipartisan group of lawmakers calling on House negotiators to retain a Senate-passed amendment to Wall Street reform legislation cracking down on credit card swipe fees.
