Funds multi-modal safety and mobility improvements on OR-10/Farmington Road around the intersection with Murray Boulevard. The project would improve a high incident crash location; fill gaps in the bike lane, sidewalk, and transit access circulation system; and provide needed capacity at a highly congested major intersection. By providing multi-modal intersection capacity, dedicated bike lanes, sidewalks, medians, pedestrian countdown signals, and safe crossings, all modes would move more safely through the area with increased mobility and decreased travel time.
