Salazar Statement on Supreme Court Overturning the DC Gun Ban
Washington, DC – Congressman John Salazar released the following statement today in response to the Supreme Court announcing its decision to overturn the District of Columbia’s gun ban.
“The Supreme Court's decision reinforces one of the fundamental rights on which America was founded – the right to keep and bear arms. I have always been a strong supporter of our 2nd Amendment, and I will continue that support for as long as I am privileged to serve in Congress.”
